Multifamily : Overview
Our multifamily division can design and produce your next condominium, townhouse, stacked flats lease property, assisted living, hospitality, or student housing project. We can also pull from our extensive library of existing plans for the value minded client. Our extensive experience teaming with builders has helped us learn to be efficient while producing very marketable and livable properties.
All Multifamily projects are individually customized. Our clients meet face-to-face with our experts to ensure the scope of the project is fully understood. Showroom
Multiplex stock floor plans can be viewed in our showroom Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. The showroom is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
