The architectural industry is often divided into two realms: residential and commercial. Many firms attempt to make those distinctions, but when it comes to individual projects, the division isn't always as clear-cut. Projects, such as apartment and multi-plex developments, must follow certain standards and codes outside of typical residential and commercial design. We have developed a department specifically to handle this third realm of architectural design to ensure every project is built successfully to the client's specifications.

All multifamily projects are individually customized. Our clients meet face-to-face with our experts to ensure the scope of the project is fully understood. Showroom
Multiplex stock floor plans can be viewed in the Danze & Davis showroom Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. The showroom is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
