The architectural industry is often divided into two realms: residential and commercial. Many firms attempt to make those distinctions, but when it comes to individual projects, the division isn't always as clear-cut. Projects, such as apartment and multi-plex developments, must follow certain standards and codes outside of typical residential and commercial design. Danze & Davis Architects, Inc. has developed a department specifically to handle this third realm of architectural design to ensure every project is built successfully to the client's specifications.

Danze & Davis Architects consider multifamily projects as individually customized. To give each project its proper attention, the firm feels conversation is necessary with all prospective clients to make sure the scope of the project is fully understood. This commitment to quality design and service to the client is what Danze & Davis Architects' reputation was built upon and what they strive to continue in all aspects of work. Multiplex stock floor plans can be viewed in the Danze & Davis showroom Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The showroom is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
